Staying at Rise - Bed & Breakfast in Weligama was an unforgettable experience, seamlessly blending warmth and hospitality with an ideal location just a stone's throw from the beach. The owners and staff, especially Kate, Mishika, and Chathu, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, treating us like part of their family and always greeting us with friendly smiles. The on-site Italian restaurant served some of the most delightful dishes we've ever tasted, making it a highlight of our culinary adventures. Complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas kept us connected effortlessly, allowing us to share our wonderful experiences instantly. Packed with charm and character, this guesthouse not only offered immaculate and cozy rooms, but it also provided excellent value for money with its prime location near cafes, surf schools, and the vibrant local scene. Rise is undoubtedly a hidden gem that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.
